📦 Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed through our website (via WhatsApp) are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
We believe in keeping our pricing simple and transparent:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹100 applies to all standard orders.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over ₹1500!
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen weather conditions or logistical delays with our courier partners may occasionally extend these times slightly.
4. Order Tracking & Confirmation
Because our checkout connects directly via WhatsApp, you will receive real-time updates from our team regarding your order confirmation, dispatch status, and tracking details right on your phone.
🛑 Return & Refund Policy
Because our products (Ghee, Jaggery, Honey, etc.) are natural, consumable goods, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for our products once they have been dispatched. Please double-check your cart, selected sizes, and shipping address before confirming your order.
Exceptions: Incorrect Products
The only exception to our strict no-return policy is if you receive a completely incorrect product from what you ordered. If this happens, please notify us via WhatsApp within 48 hours with an unboxing video, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost.
⚠️ Glass Packaging & Transit Damage Disclaimer
Some of our premium products (such as our Pure A2 Bilona Ghee and Liquid Jaggery) are carefully packaged in high-quality glass jars to perfectly preserve their natural purity, taste, and aroma.
While we take the utmost care and use heavy-duty, multi-layered protective packaging to secure these items before dispatching them from our farm, glass is inherently fragile. Please note that Sanjot Farms is not liable or responsible for any breakage, leakage, or damage to glass items that occurs during transit via third-party courier services.
Because the handling of the package is entirely out of our control once it leaves our facility, we do not offer refunds, returns, or free replacements for glass items broken during shipping. By placing an order for glass-packaged items, you agree to these terms.
